Module : Loan ( Pinjaman )

 

Loan module prepare information and recorded loan that have been approved by koperasi. Loan module divided into two part:-

 

a.            Cash Loan

a.                  Loan for product or goods

 

Regularly member of cooperative are allowed to make three loan at the same time. The loan module can provide such activities:-

 

i.                     Registration loan application

ii.                   Add/replace/change loan

iii.                 Loan activities

iv.                  Approval of payment

v.                  Cancellation of loan application

vi.                 Loan reschedule

vii.               Termination of loan

 

All the loan application will be recorded in the system and a report will be print out. Member profile and loan profile will be printed for approval loan of loan.

 

If the loan application are send in order, loan approval can be done easily. If detail on loan application incomplete, application will be informed. But, member will do the query through telephone, email and etc before hand in the loan application. Therefore, each application form can be send in order  and less time needed in getting the loan approval.

 

Once the loan get the approval, the borrower information will be recorded and loan number will be given. A list of loan application that have been approve will be printed for clarification and a payment voucher will be prepare for a cheque. If a member decide to cancel his/her loan application, he/she only need to inform koperasi and the loan will be change to “bata” status.

 

Application registration information will recorded in registration file while approval loan application will  be recorded in the loan file. All loan deduction will be recorded in billing file with deduction of fee and deposit.

 

Member and salary payee will be informed

 

The advantages of loan module:

 

i.                    Reference number automated given and will be cnahe every month so that number of loan application for every month can be counted and not overlap/repeated.

 

ii.                   All the deduction will be done automatically

 

iii.                  The system also show previous loan with the guarantor. This will make it easier for the staff to ensure the application is eligible for loan or not beside the basic conditions.


iv.            If the member send more than one form at the same time, the system can easily detect the application.
