Module : Membership (Keahlian)
Membership module is the most important part in
Cooperative Computerize System. This module is the base data that
link or connected with
other modules. This module divided into four parts:
i.
Registration Of New Membership
ii.
Print New Membership Application
iii.
Edit Member Information
iv.
Member Statistic Report
During the registration processing, information will
be store in the registration file and member number or
identification card number will be use as a reference. The approval
of become as a member will be done after get the approval from the
board meeting. The system automatically will produce member number.
Once the membership get the approval, the membership information no
longer keep in the registration file and will be transfer to
membership master file. In the process of getting the approval of a
member, administrator can choose to print document, which contain
membership information, such as application status and when it
effective for deduction.
The
advantage of member module:-
i.
User no longer have to remember member last number, the
system can give the number automatically.
ii.
The system can recognized member become a member again from
his/her identification or
staff numbers and also the payment charge different from the old
member.

iii.
The screen question able to help koperasi staff
(administrator) answers member
question promptly at the counter or on
the telephone.
